      I’m psyched for Tim’s mission! It’s really exciting to have a British astronaut heading to the ISS, and it great for UK Space. Tim has been training intensively for a number of years (with an excellent support team 😉 ) so I have no doubts that his mission will be a success and I wish him a great trip!

      Hi there!
      In the last years we have had a sequence of european astronauts almost continuously on the space station: Luca Parmitano, Alex Gerst, Samantha Crisotoforetti, Andreas Mogensen… and now the next will be Tim!
      Every time one of them leaves for their mission, it’s really exciting, because we will be heavily involved in what they will do every single day.

      For Tim, I am particularly excited, because I will be the lead flight director. This means that I will lead the team of the Flight Directors for the duration of Tim’s mission, so I will be even more involved in the preparation of all what he will do. Two months to go, the excitement is going up and up! 🙂
