      Hi all!
Honestly, at the moment I can’t think to a job that I would like to do other than this one!

Being a Flight Director for the ISS is really a dream, it’s a job which contributes to advanced scientific research and to possibly one day sending humans around the universe and at the same time you do that job working together with astronauts that are in space.

Add to this that the ISS is an international program, in which we work every day together with people from all over the world, all working together in peace and for a common purpose.

What else can one wish? 😉

      I really love my job!

The ESA research is really interesting and the environment here in Antarctica is unbelievable. Its great to be able to travel to a place which so few people have had the opportunity to experience, all for work!

Its also great to feel that you are part of the ESA team and that your research is contributing (if only in a small part!) to the huge progress that together we are making!

In general I also really like being a doctor! I enjoy problem solving, working out what is wrong and then applying your knowledge to help!
