From my experience here at Concordia I have learnt a lot about working as part of a team, a small crew in isolation and close proximity.

Before leaving for our mission we all enjoyed Human Behavior & Performance training with the ESA team at the European Astronaut Center in Cologne. This team also trains astronauts like Tim.

I would love to work with this team and share my experiences to help prepare astronauts leaving for space missions.

      Simon: Hello there!

Good question! Working for the space station program is amazing but I am hoping that world governments will agree together to embark on an even more ambitious Human Space Flight project based on our experience of ISS: either to set up a base on the Moon or to send a human expedition to Mars/Asteroids. If so, I want to part of that!

I am also very interested in how commercial Human Space Flight ventures will take off. I know that the UK government is currently looking into the possibility of having a commercial space port in the UK. I would love to work there too in the future coordinating the launches of Space Tourists or mini-satellites!
