Tom Morse answered on 5 Oct 2015:
Hi Ethan and Katelyn, hope you’re doing well and enjoying IAAGMOOH so far.
The High Resolution Camera that my team put on the Space Station is the highest resolution camera that I’ve worked on. It can make out objects approximately 1m on the ground, which when you consider it has to do that after a) a launch on a rocket, b) being subjected to temperatures +/- several hundred degrees every 90 minutes, c) in a high radiation environment, d) from 250 miles away and e) travelling at 17,000 miles per hour, I felt pretty happy!
Thanks for the question, good luck!
PS: Ethan, I agree about the views being the best thing from Space!
